1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Kanesh ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the Service

Kanesh is a financial data aggregation tool. It retrieves publicly available data from third-party sources and presents it with source attribution for informational purposes only.

Kanesh does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Nothing in the App constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments.

3. No Financial Advice

• All data displayed in Kanesh is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
• Always verify data with official sources before making any financial decisions.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Kanesh is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Third-Party Data

Kanesh retrieves data from third-party APIs including SEC EDGAR, FRED, Alpha Vantage, Financial Modeling Prep, Financial Datasets, and Yahoo Finance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided by these sources. Each data point in the App links to its original source for verification.

5. API Keys

Some data sources require API keys. You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys in compliance with each provider's terms of service. Kanesh stores your API keys locally on your device only.

6. On-Device Processing

Kanesh uses an on-device AI model to process your natural language queries. This processing occurs entirely on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your queries.

7. Intellectual Property

The Kanesh name, logo, and app design are the property of Blue Flame Games. The financial data displayed in the App is the property of the respective data providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Flame Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any data displayed within it.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
